Your feedback can help us improve, so please reach out if you’ve got a complaint, compliment or problem you’d like us to resolve. You can be sure that we train our people to treat our participants with respect at all times, and if we’ve let you down in any way, we will do whatever is necessary to learn from it, and improve.
While we have no issue if you prefer to contact the NDIS Commission directly to lodge a complaint, we hope you’ll trust us to deal with your concerns personally. There is a button with a direct link to the Commission at the bottom of this page.
